My approach is to help the parties create a flexible solution-oriented approach to suit the nature of the dispute and involved parties. While I point out reasons why settlement is appropriate, I do not force parties to settle contrary to their own best interests. I mediate at the heart of the dispute, focusing on core issues while respecting the emotional context of the conflict.
