Our patriarch Joseph Karp was born and raised in the Mission and Richmond Districts of San Francisco. Joseph is an ex-foreman to the Grand Jury of San Mateo County, a seasoned businessman and community advocate. He is also an avid Golden State Warriors Fan and has been a season ticket holder since the 1990s.

Steven’s long and impressive Real Estate background and knowledge are applied to his Real Estate Consulting, Private Mediation, and Property Management Services. Steve was a member of the San Mateo County Grand Jury. He now holds appointments with the counties of San Mateo & Santa Clara Probate Real Estate Board.

Jacob is the newest member of the team as a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. In his short tenure post-University, he has already acquired +$150million of single-family rental properties for institutional investors across most major U.S. markets.
